La cocina india ha logrado conquistar los corazones y las mesas de los amantes de la buena cocina en todo el mundo. Pero cada historia de amor necesita cambios y estímulos constantes para mantener la chispa. Esto es lo que pensaba el chef, Siddhartha Chandiramani, cuando preparó el nuevo menú de The Rasoi Restaurant, asegurando la frescura y el salero de la relación de Tenerife con la gastronomía india. Creaciones originales se codean con platos clásicos, ingredientes exóticos internacionales se manejan con técnicas tradicionales: el resultado es un menú que es un delicioso compendio de recetas indias que han evolucionado para transformarse en una forma de arte moderna donde los colores son sabores. Esta reinvención de la cocina india fue la idea que se fraguó inicialmente en la mente de Siddhartha. Pero era un reto amedrentador. Por ello, Siddhartha y su equipo decidieron recorrer la India en busca de tesoros culinarios perdidos, olvidados o escondidos, y volvieron con los secretos culinarios de las recetas pasadas de madres a hijas y las tradiciones culinarias de pequeñas y coloridas comunidades. Ahora habría que transformarlas en sus contrapartidas modernas, usando técnicas internacionales, echo que les llevó alrededor de un año para dar forma al concepto e investigar antes de empezar a crear los platos. Y aquí está: se puede decir que el menú The Rasoi marca el comienzo de una nueva era en la cocina india. Una deliciosa reinvención de los sabores tradicionales utilizando técnicas modernas. For the ultimate hosting experience, Rasoi restaurant can be hired for exclusive entertaining, from weddings to product launches and parties that will never be forgotten.

Siddhartha Chandiramani will personally design a menu for the occasion, catering for up to 100 people seated and 350 standing, and our designated co-ordinator can assist with any special requests such as floral design and musical accompaniments.

Rasoi also offers its services for external functions such as weddings and corporate events, supplying staff as well as food to ensure the smooth running of even the most demanding occasion.
