an evening of Bollywood Bling

A Diwali menu at €25 (€12 for children under 12) is being served at this Bollywood-themed restaurant on 22Oct,2010 - 07 Nov 2010. Generosity of spirit informs the experience of eating here. If something doesn't appeal, not to worry — staff, who seem unflaggingly good-natured, soon bring along other items, more kebabs. The tinsel and tack of the décor suits the overall concept, one that can be enjoyed most satisfactorily at mezzanine level (stipulate when booking). On Sat. Oct.30,2010 is the Diwali Gala Night, Indian Music, Live Performances, TWO ticket for India to be raffled....

For the duration of Diwali, Rasoi will be decorated with traditional Diya lamps, which are considered a symbol of prosperity. These traditional lantern lights also demonstrate the theme throughout Diwali, of good presiding over evil. Sid opnion of the menu and food servied at Rasoi “It’s very modern,” he says of the set menu. “It’s not traditionally what you would find in India! We have to work with traditionality and at the same time, grow with time. Our food is modern, our flavours are traditional.”
